Highlands Ranch – Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a shooting at a residence in the 9600 block of Timber Hawk Circle in Highlands Ranch at 8:25 on July 18, 2023. When they arrived, they found one male inside the residence, who was pronounced deceased on scene by medical personnel. The female resident, identified as Victorine Galvan Grice (DOB 11/28/1967), walked out of the residence and was taken into custody. She is being held for investigation of second-degree murder. The investigation is ongoing. There is no danger to the public. The male’s identity will be released by the Douglas County Coroner’s Office.
