11/01/22 – a landscaping company took our $11,000 deposit on a retaining wall project and never did any work. They will not return our deposit even though it’s been 7 months. 06/21/23 Owner, *** *****, asked for and was given 2nd and 3rd chances to make things right. Again ********** (company’s name) did not show for any of their promised start dates (3 more times besides the 10 last year). No calls or explanations, crickets. Now, the owner has ghosted us. Please read the BBB reports. I have filed a complaint with Colorado State AG office as well as every review site I can. *** stole, by fraud, $11k from seniors.
