(Douglas County, CO) Wildfires move fast, and so do first responders across this region! We appreciate the teamwork, and long hours dedicated to putting out the Dahlberg Fire. It has been fully contained after burning 1,081 acres. Investigators have determined the cause of the fire was a hot load dropped by a trash truck. We are incredibly grateful for the coordinated response that helped protect lives, property, and infrastructure. This was truly a multi-agency effort, and the outcome reflects the strength of our partnerships.
