Douglas County, Colo. — Detectives with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a suspect in connection with a theft that occurred at a Castle Pines massage business in September.
Following valuable tips from community members and information provided through Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, investigators identified and apprehended Robbie Lucero, 50, of Englewood, in connection with the incident.
Sheriff Darren Weekly expressed his appreciation for the collaborative effort that led to the arrest, stating:
“Thanks to the outstanding efforts of Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, the sharp work of our Impact Team, and some good old-fashioned detective work by our lead detective, we were able to identify this theft suspect. We also want to thank the community—your tips and continued support truly make a difference. Let this be a clear message to those committing crimes: we will use every tool at our disposal to identify you and track you down. We will not stop until justice is served.”
