In collaboration with the Douglas County School District, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is excited to announce the first annual Eye Five Transportation and Road Safety event to provide the youth of Douglas County the opportunity to improve their biking skills and gain a better understanding of the rules of the road and road safety!

Still learning how to ride?  Still working with your child to learn?  No worries!  Bring a helmet along, and we will have Strider bikes and instructions to learn the basics of biking and get them on the road to success!

Bring your helmet, bike, E-bike, scooter, electric scooter, or whatever you use to get around and get ready to have some fun learning from your DCSO school resource officers.  Food trucks, local bike shops, and informational tables will be set up with information about trail and road safety around the county.
