Elizabeth Man Arrested for Sexual Assault and Exploitation of a Child
On September 27th, 2024, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office detectives conducted a search warrant at the home of Franklin Levi Camp II, DOB 07/26/1992. Camp was taken into custody that day and transported to the Douglas County Detention Facility, where he was booked in on the following charges: 2 Counts of Sexual Assault (10-year age difference), 16 Counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Charges are allegations, and the suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
