Professional Standards creates and upholds the policies and standards of performance and conduct that must be followed for the privilege of wearing a badge. The bar has been set so high at the DCSO, it has been awarded Triple Crown Accreditation by the National Sheriffs’ Association.
Mission Statement :
We are responsible for conducting internal investigations, hiring personnel, training and policy management to include accreditation for the DCSO.
