On February 14, 2024, at around 12:56 am, deputies responded to a local hospital on the report of a sexual assault. The victim told deputies that on February 13th at around 7:00 pm she was at an event at a home in her neighborhood, on Prairie Lake Trail in the Pinery subdivision of Parker, CO. She stated that sometime between 9:00 and 9:30 pm while walking home, she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male.

Douglas County Sheriff Darren Weekly said, “We are committed to ensuring the safety of our community. The search for the sex assault suspect is our top priority. We have implemented increased patrols in the area to provide a visible presence and reassure residents.”
