Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Male for Sexual Exploitation of a Child

On September 21, 2015 detectives arrested 52-year-old Jeffery Joseph Falk for:

1. Sexual Exploitation/child-induce/entice (F3)
2. Sexual Exploitation/child-sell/publish (F3)
3. Burglary 2-of Dwelling (F3)
4. Sex Exploit Child-video/20+ Items (F4)
5. Sex Exploit Child-video/20+ Items (F4)
6. Sex Exploit Child-video/20+ Items (F4)
7. Stalking-emotional Distress (F5)
8. Computer Crime-unauthorized Access (M2)

During the course of their investigation detectives located an additional victim. A second case was filed against Jeffery Falk on September 27, 2015 for:

1. Sexual Exploitation/child-induce/entice (F3)
2. Sex Exploit Child-video/20+ Items (F4)
3. Stalking-threat & Follow/contact/surveil (F5)
4. Computer Crime-unauthorized Access (M2)
