Convicted Sex Offender Arrested Again.
After a very intense investigation, #DCSO Detectives have arrested a Douglas County resident who has twice been convicted of the same crime, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, a class 4 Felony.
After detectives executed a search warrant, Stacy Suppeland, age 35, was arrested at his home yesterday and transported to the Douglas County Detention Facility. He also faces charges of violation of a protection order. A charge is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
