On June 7, 1977, 45-year-old Roy Bowden and his wife, 41-year-old Patricia Bowden, were found dead in their home in the 3500 block of Dawson Road in Sedalia. Both victims had been shot and the homicides occurred sometime between June 5, 1977 and June 7, 1977.
