This partnership is thanks to a generous citizen who gave the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office the ability to fund up to 180 older adults completely. Clients in this program will receive a bracelet instructing first responders to call Medic Alert. Once the responder calls, they will be given any information the client wishes them to know, emergency contacts, medical conditions, etc. This program is ideal for older adults known to wonder or those with serious medical conditions. To be eligible for this service, you must live in Unincorporated Douglas County, Castle Pines, Franktown, or Larkspur.
